The terms for playing on Spoonkid Rust servers and buying from the Spoonkid Rust store.
Playing on our servers
By joining a Spoonkid Rust server or the Spoonkid Rust Discord you agree to follow the rules published on the Rules page. Staff may remove, mute or ban any account that breaks them.
Server availability, rates, group limits and wipe times may change. Wipe times published on this site come from our wipe system and are correct at the time the page was loaded.
Store purchases
Payments are processed by PayNow, which acts as the merchant of record and issues your receipt. Ranks and perks are delivered to the Steam account you signed in with, or to the Steam account you chose as a gift recipient.
VIP ranks provide queue priority and quality of life perks only. They do not provide gameplay advantages.
All sales are final. There are no refunds. A chargeback, PayPal dispute or other payment dispute results in a permanent ban from all Spoonkid Rust servers.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; the rank stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Bans and purchases
A ban for breaking the rules does not entitle you to a refund of any purchase.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
